Camera Ready Submission Instructions

Please follow the following steps to finalize your paper. Each step MUST be COMPLETED, in order for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and be submitted to the IEEE Digital Library.

 

Step 1: Final Paper Preparation

1.        You are requested to revise your manuscript carefully according to the comments of the reviewers and do thorough proofreading of the manuscript to confirm that it will require no revision.

2.        Please arrange the article according to the template provided in the conference website: http://hpbdis.org/public/portal/list/index/id/9.html

3.        Send the final camera-ready version to hpbdis@semi.ac.cn in the form of ".doc", ".docx" or LaTeX project, and indicate the paper ID. Email Title: “Paper ID-Paper Title”

Note: Do not add any page numbering, header, or footer.

4.        The maximum paper length is five (5) printed pages (including figures, tables, and references). If the paper exceeds 5 pages, extra pages should be paid.

5.        The final camera-ready paper is due on Monday Nov 15, 2021. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

 

Step 2: Complete the Registration and Pay the Registration Fee

Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Otherwise, the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.

Warm Tip: The early bird registration deadline is Nov 15, 2021.

 

Step 3: Electronic IEEE Copyright Submission

The submitter of the accepted paper will receive an email from IEEE. This email will provide the authors with a link to the online eCF wizard, as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms. When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.

 

Step 4: Paper Presentation

Every paper must be presented by an author at the conference. Due to the COVID pandemic, HPBD&IS 2021 will be held both face-to-face and online. You can make your presentations through the way of offline or online. If you would like to go to Macau to give a live oral speech, please fill out the application form on http://hpbdis.org/public/portal/article/index/id/289/cid/1.html and we will provide you with an invitation.
